Don’t forget to mark your calendars for Christopher Carosa’s presentation on the Marquis de Lafayette’s tour of the Finger Lakes region! Happening Saturday, May 24 at 11 a.m. at the SFHS Becker Mansion at 55 Cayuga St. in Seneca Falls.

After a community reception in Waterloo, Lafayette and his entourage traveled along the Great Genesee Road (modern-day State Route 5) and likely passed by the Wilhelmus Mynderse property on their way to Auburn. Come by to learn more!
